Wow, it's been so long I forgot my password. After about 10 tries I finally guessed right. The web site to change my background paper is down at the moment so who knows how long the Christmas paper will be on here. Anyways, Happy New Year to everyone. For my own remembrance I am posting a few highlights from the past few weeks.
Shea turned 5 on December 30. All she could talk about was having a princess party. She had it all planned out in her little head. There was to be a princess pinata, dancing, pin the shoe on Cinderella, and a princess cake. She invited a few boys to be princes. Some were excited, some not so much! She is definitely my little "Fancy Nancy". We had about 20 kids at our house. Thank goodness for good weather, we did everything outside!
She also wanted to have her ears pierced. The pictures say it all. (Before, during, after)

Paige lost her first tooth. She was hoping to get 10 dollars from the tooth fairy so she could buy a webkinz. I told her in all my life I never heard of a kid getting 10 dollars. She was happy with the 3 she got.
The Christmas Season was magical like always. It's my favorite time of year. Driving home on Christmas Eve from the Winterton party I said to the girls, " I hope Santa comes to our house. I hope he thinks you have been good all year!" Shea replied, " We have! I even stopped picking my nose!" Lovely! Santa did come and Shea got the Diamond Princess Castle she asked for, Paige got the Cup Cake Maker she asked for, and Noah got a Bike attachment that I asked for!

The best thing about the Christmas season is being together and spending time with our families. We are so lucky to live close to them and create memories that we will never forget. We love you!

I love when you catch up on your blog:) The pictures are so fun!! I can't believe how fast the holidays flew by.
I'm bummed we missed out on Shea's birthday celebrations. I didn't know she was getting her ears pierced!!! I can't wait to see her:)
P.S. Tell Paige we say YAY!!! for her and her tooth fairy experience:)
So fun. It looks like you had a great Christmas. I have a quick question. Where did you get your family pictures taken.
Those pictures of Shea are so cute...the cake one...and I LOVE the ear-piercing sequence. Classic.
It's good you held out on the $10 tooth fairy...you might be tempted when it's the first one, but that would be a pretty penny once they all start coming out. My kids will die of jealousy when they find out she got $3!!
Hey! I love the new bike attachment! I have seen you riding a few different times and you look so cute it made me wanna bike even more! ;) Loved the post and seeing all your pictures!
It was such a fun and cute party. There have been endless sword fights at our house. Thanks! Sheesh! I love the picture with Shea and her cake and the piercings..those ones are always priceless!
